The aux adapter assy in our cars is used on many Toyota vehicles. It was something I had to replace. The part number is 86190-53010 and it takes about 20 seconds to replace. I'd go buy it from Toyota at half the price of Lexus. Go out to your car, pug it in, if it doesn't work go right back into Toyota and tell them you changed your mind See if they will take it back.

Issue resolved... Somehow.
Ok, so I was cruising on the highway today afternoon at 85mph (the temperature outside was around 105F) and decided to hit the disc eject button and voila!! The amber light started blinking and the disc came out. I then held the eject button for 5 seconds and it threw out all the 4 discs. I was then able to switch to AUX mode. And that's all I am looking for. I didn't even try to insert another disc as I don't usually listen to CDs. I am now able to switch between FM, AM, SAT, HDD and AUX.
The only change I did was that I installed a NAV HDD with GCC maps today morning. However, the DVD discs were not ejecting right after I finished installing the HDD nor was the amber LED lighting.
Thanks guys!!
