Does the compass in the rear view mirror a standard option?
I thought that the compass in the rear-view mirror was standard, and especially on an Executive Class Seating Package!
I have tried "holding the power button for 3 seconds", but nothing. Can anybody help me here or is this mirror broken?

If it does have it, it's not visible to me, but since i do have nav, it makes sense to not have it in the rear mirror.
However, it is a much more convenient place to look at the mirror. . .
Thanx jamodeo!

Thanks for asking this question -- I had the same one when I couldn't figure out why I didn't see the compass on my mirror. Darn that built-in-nav! I don't recall the owners manual (all 700 pages of it) mentioning that the compass won't be there if the nav is. I'll have to go back and look again.

Man I wish I had a compass option, I wanted to get a 13 but my budget was only good for my 2008 when at the dealer, there was a 13 on the showroom floor behind me the whole time so I told the dealership to make believe I was buying the 13, was a great feeling. When they rolled my 08 out I was still happy Think they come standard in the Porsche Cayennes , w
