You cannot get a Lexus extended warranty after your original factory warranty expires.
As for aftermarket warranties, I have no experience with them. However, a friend of mine has one from a place called "Warranty Direct" and she has used it twice and it paid the claims with no hassle. One claim was for a couple of hundred dollars, and the other was for $560. This is by no way an endorsement of them.

Basic coverages expired
hybrid 62mo/38,872 miles
drivetrain 38mo/8872 miles
emissions 62mo/18,872 miles
Corrosion 38 months/unlim mileage
roadside assistance 14mo/unlim miles
does this mean I can't get the lexus extended warranty?? =(

I had extended my CPO warranty on a previous LS430 to 5 years or 125,000 miles. Then decided to trade it on a CPO LS460. Called Lexus to cancel the 'extension' and they deducted $500 because they 'start' the extension on the day of sale and not the end of the Certified Warranty. Went as far as I could with the Lexus CS but they would't budget. Don't like the fact Certified Warranties wouldn't be transferrable if I decided to sell private party.
