Greatly appreciate the right up! So far they have replaced ALL of the control arms, but I still have the original vibrations. I really feel this may be the TSIB on the driveline. Would this become an issue after having put 97K ?
As for my brakes, they replaced the brake actuator, but now I am getting a roaring noise when braking from for speeds of 55 and up. Due to my frustration I went ahead and replaced the rotors + ceramic brake pads. It still has the same noise. The noised started after the actuator was replaced, but I don't see how that is related. Is there something I am overlooking? At first, I was thinking it must be the bearing, but then it is only happening when I am braking. Unless braking is putting stress on the bearings which is causing the noise? Also, today I noticed there was a clicking noise I heard again, but it was from the rear this time.
I honestly was not looking forward to all this nonsense, but thank God I decided to get the extended warranty when making the purchase. I have 3K left to get everything situated, but I do not have another vehicle to rack up the miles on.
I haven't heard back from my service advisor in regards to the nut. I will give them a couple of days so they can work on getting their story straight. Thanks again for your time.

You may have a driveline issue, and judging by the fact that my car was driven 40k miles by the original owner and not a single vibration complaint was logged until I bought it, I guess it is something that can worsen over time (to your question about it happening at 97k). My guess is that my car had some of these issues for a while (remember, the driveshaft angle was off from the factory, triggering a formal submission of this information by the diag. specialist at the dealership to the factory), and the original owner just wasn't as sensitive as I am (I am like a human balancer). This said, if your vibration is on the steering wheel, based on what I have seen, I would say that it is not driveline related, especially if your car is RWD.
Given that the control arms have been replaced, and provided that they tighten everything properly
, I would ask to have bearings and motor mounts checked, and if all this checks out, the steering rack which - again - they have had problems with.The roaring noise raises some questions... It sure sounds like a bearing, based on your description, but the fact that it occurs only during braking AND that it happened after replacement of the actuator makes me think otherwise. To boot, you replaced the brakes and are getting the same noise. Did you replace all four corners? I have read of actuator replacements going bad, but I've never heard of the sound being a roaring. Hopefully you'll hear from your dealership soon, and they will shed some light.

Lastly, with regards to the warranty, make sure you get all complaints submitted to your dealership in writing so that you can have records of everything that has surfaced along the way. My understanding is that if issues occur before the warranty is up, you should be covered even if you cross over before they are all resolved.

Most of the vibrations are coming from the body. For example, you can see a slight movement occuring in the empty passenger seat during the" vibration" speed range. As of right now I am aiming towards the driveline. Let's see what the diag. specialist has to say. I will keep you updated. Thanks again for your time. It feels good going there prepared .
