LS 600 headlights over LS 460 headlights
Where could i get the LS 600 Headlights ?
In terms of comparison , in what way is it better ?
Are those inner bulbs changeable ?
Are the modes similar to the LS 460 ; in other words when first moving the **** one time i get the lexus shape inner light without the whole light turned on.
Moving the **** another time will enable the light + the lexus shape inner light.
How does it work with the LS 600 ; same ?

there is just another thread yesterday/today right? get the headlights from dealership or so, no where else. i mean, it's toyota stuff.
cool factor, the led wins by a mile
brightness, the hid wins
innerbulbs?! not sure what you mean?
and yes, the movement will be the same. first click is parking lights, then headlights

Thanx but im not sure if our dealer has the headlights.
In my country the LS 600 is not yet out.
Innerbulbs ( The three bulbs inside ). Are they replaceable ?
How much do they cost in the US ?

I'm not sure you ever will. With the price at the pump @ less that US$1 per US Gallon, there is not much urgency for Hybrid technology. On the other hand, I expect the application of LEDs to grow with automobiles, chiefly because people want them, and will get them.

BTW i asked about the LS 600 Headlight.
One headlight = 12,000.00 AED
=
3,260.76 USD
so for 2 headlights thats around $6400.
Thats so expensive.
What are the minimum changes needed to be done to obtain the LS 600 headlights.
I think the parts representitive was trying to sell me the whole wiring etc.
Since the Ls 600 is identical to the LS 460 i think changing the covers from outside
is all what i need to do.
Any further advice would be appreciated.

i already posted above, they aer DIFFERENT. all harnesses and connections are different. one is hid, one is led, they different. they are not plug and play. i don't know what dealership is trying to sell you besides the headlights, there is no conversion possible from factory

I don't get it.
I much prefer the HID lights that were on my LS430.
Why are the LED's "Cool"?
Also, when you use the "High beams", which are NOT LED, but are ordinary headlights, you see two colors ahead of you, the LED's (pure white), and the ordinary highbeam headlights (slightly yellow).
I find this slightly weird.
Hmmmmm, maybe I should start investigating swapping my LED's out for HID's!

Helmar, I've thought of that as well. However, you'd encounter the same challenges of a 460 trying to convert to LEDs, circuitry being the main difference. What I am contemplating is an easier conversion of the fogs to HID lamps. The only concern in my mind is the unfocused brightness that will result. There are examples on our streets now, drivers converting their headlights to HIDs, with absolutely no consideration of the impact on oncoming traffic. Their reflectors are not set up for HIDs and the light pattern is dispersed in every which direction, but they could care less, as fashion overrides all logic. I'm not sure if I want to join that mindless crowd.

even with ls460 headlights, when doing high beam, you still have 2 different colors, that's the same thing
the cool factor is that there aren't many led headlights out there yet, and with 3 per side, it's just different. a lot of people would think it's "cool". by cool i didn't mean it's better though
