seatbelt warning sound not on.

I notice today, when I unbuckled my seat belt while i am driving, the warning beep sound of the seat belt was not on any more. why was this happen?
usually it beep like crazy.

This is a configurable option. I had my turned off by the dealer. Maybe they turned yours off also since it is one of the most annoying features ever...

If you want it turned back on, the dealer can do it for you, and probably while you wait, and it should be done at no charge.

I thought they only did this once and then you had to pay for any more settings changes.

I'm bringing my car in for its first service (5000 mi.) and the pulley recall. I'll also have them make a couple settings changes, like the seat belt chime!
