I'm new here can anyone give me some good advised , I just purchase a 2003 LS 430 with 160815 miles one owner $9000 did I get a good or bad deal

Not bad, but depends on the condition. I just got an 02 with 148k for $9400, but it doesn't have a blemish inside or out, and all service history.
I also have an 01 with 125k I got for $9500 back in March. Yours is a tad newer so I think you did good. I've seen much newer and lower mileage LS just peppered with rock chips and dents/scratches with the interior just trashed and they still want over 10k for those, it's funny. Congrats on the purchase.

May be a bit high for that many miles... but what's the overall condition and status of the maintenance. If that's up to speed and you don't have to put another $500-$1000 in it then you may be ok...
