Rear Seat Removal 2004 LS430UL
From what I read here, I'm supposed to be able to just pull up on the front of the bottom back seat cushion(passenger side) and it will come out.
I'm not a small guy and I can pull plenty hard, but its not coming up.
Is there something I remove first? I have the rear cooled seats.
Help!!!!

If my memory is correct, I think you have to push the seat back (toward the rear / seat back) near the bottom of the seat, while at the same time pull up ... so it's push to the back and pull up - not pull straight up.

The larger bottom piece came out easy. Pulled straight up and no problem removing.
Seems like I should be able to get it out, but it isn't budging. I've pull hard enough now that I'm starting to bend the seat.

My wife had an accident a while back and the shop pulled the seats out to do some repairs.... Now I find out the rear seat heater doesn't work.
Pulled the seats out and find one seat isn't plugged in and on the other, the cooling duct is disconnected.
All better now!

This is exactly why I prefer to do as much of the work myself - I know it's done correctly; I'm not paying someone to do a half**s job, then later discover then finish (or fix) their work. When I hear stuff like this, I always wonder what wasn't get done correctly when I did't do my own work? (which is very seldom) It's just harder to find good help.
