Pics of aftermarket 18" Rims on an LS430
I'm really struggling to find some rims bigger than 18" here in the UK that would suit the LS430 and wouldn't be cheap junk. All of the imported rims from Japan like the Work and Rays are 18" or smaller as very few people over here run decent rims on large cars.
I'm wondering how silly (if at all) a set of deep dish 18's would look on the LS with the car lowered right down low.
Does anyone have any pics?

If you're going to go with 18s you're better off going with OEM 5 spokes IMHO. They suit the car very nicely and look even better on a lowered 430. Deep dish rims are best reserved for 20s+ (fill wheel wells better with less tire profile). You could give it a shot, if you don't like the look you can always sell the wheels. Any pics of them btw?

You may also consider wheels from other late model Lexus cars like the GS. For simplicity sake I would stick with the LS430 stocks. After your drop, use wheel spacers and consider going from the 245/45-18 tires to a 245/40-18. This will cause a slight speedo error though it will give it a subtle different look in combination with your suspension mods.

i used to have 19's and now have 20's, but with each inch difference you can change the sidewall profile one step large or smaller respectively. so you gotta think of it from outside the slammed vip box ^ ^ ^
some might want to run 18's and 40 series tires so they can have a more comfortable ride.
but your car does look nice in that pic above. i like 19's cuz then you can go really aggressive.

TBH I'm really not a fan of the OEM wheels, although I do agree they they suit the car and don't look too out of place being only 18".
