Kics HubCentric ring fit inside stock 18s?
Anyone had Kics spacers with the Kics HubCentric ring inside their stock LS430's 18" wheels?
I am pretty sure the bore needs to be 60mm on the HubCentric ring, am I right?

Can't say absolutely sure for LS, but for the GS, I had hubrings which were 60.1 mm (60.06 that they rounded up) when I had my Zauber Gettins.

Their function is to center the wheel perfectly onto the hub for better balance.
They are not absolutely necessary, but nice to have.

Shouldn't your lug nuts (if tightened in the proper criss cross order and slowly) do the same thing?

Yes, pretty much 99% of it...... that is why I said it is not absolutely necessary, but nice to have. The ring make it 100%.

So did it fit WITH the rings?
I saw a set in the classified but didn't see the ring, which means they're not hubcentric.

I haven't got the spacer yet, but I confirmed they will fit.
The stock brake rotor got a 60mm ring on it.
