Hey guys! I'm new to the group, but I've used this platform to navigate issues on my LS430 for the last few years with great help.

I am now having an issue that I cannot figure out or find any guidance through searching. The last few days I've been having issues with the car running rough, extremely low gas mileage, and throwing various codes. The first set of codes that it threw were for misfires on three different cylinders, vvti solenoid, and knock sensor.

The first time that I got something similar it was the vvti solenoid, so I thought that it might have failed because I did replace it with a cheap Amazon one. I replaced it and have since been still getting knock sensor codes and running rough and terrible gas mileage.

Last night I noticed that after I cleared the codes the car was running well for about 10 miles, until I took a right turn at a higher speed than normal and it immediately throw CEL and began to run rough again.

I've changed spark plugs, oil ( both were due) and currently half a tank after using fuel injector cleaner.

Anyone can point me in the right direction?

Currently has codes p0325 p0330 and p0430. Loss of power, and smells rich as crap

An oscilloscope is the proper way to diagnose knock sensors. You can also try to cross the wires of the two knock sensors and see if the problems moves to the other sensor. However since you bypassed one knock sensor, that is not really an option anymore.

Toyota/Lexus ECM's constantly monitor knock margins and adjust the ignition timing based on this margin. Without any knock sensor feedback, ECM is probably resorting to a safe fuel rich condition to prevent knocking.
