'04 pricing

Depends on what kind of "'03 pricing" you're talking about, what color/options/package the car has. If it's seriously "'03 pricing" and the car isn't of some weird color/option combination, I don't see what you are waiting for.
How much below sticker are you being offered? Congrats on your new, um future, purchase!

Hes basically taking the MSRP off of an '03 they have $57852.00 with moonroof, climate seats, trunk mat, wheel locks, and saying he can get me the same car as an '04 for the same price, they are also gonna pay my last 2 lease payments with GMAC at 726/month each. WHat i dont like is he doesnt really know anything about the '04 and cant/wont give me any option details, I asked about the new 5-star wheels and he didnt know about them. to me thats a deal breaker, i want the new wheels, but he cant tell me if they are standard or part of an option package. Either way the car will be here in a week, so i guess I'll wait it out and see what it looks like.

If you are really hot for the vehicle...and it sounds like you are...make the deal and give a deposit. If, when the vehicle arrives you are, for some unlikely reason, turned off, I'd bet big time that they'll either let you out of the deal (plenty of buyers at the outset of a model change) or will let you wait for another car that comes with the options that make you happy. In other words, get in line...you can probably get out of line later but cannot get today's spot in the line unless you do so today!
Finally, what GM vehicle can possibly justify a $726 lease payment?

I would stay away from that dealer. They sound like they know less about the car than you do. And besides, who ever heard of paying MSRP for a Lexus? They have as much as $10,000 in margin on the car, depending on options. Add to that the dealer holdback, and they are making way too much money. If you are one of those people that has to have a 2004 as soon as it hits the showroom floor, you will likely end up paying MSRP. However, once the initial excitement wears off, likely around November/December, the LS430 will be just like any other car - negotiable depending on the mood of the dealer, your negotiating skills, how close to the end of the month/year it is, etc. Send a request through the internet in about a month and let the dealers come to you with their best price. You'll likely save at least $5,000 by doing so.
