New ones. Hard to say what driving conditions those may have seen. If the adjusting collars are frozen, you are stuck at the prior owners ride height. If you can inspect them and verify they function to some extent that is good, but unseen is a risk you will have to determine.

Id recommend inspecting the used coils before jumping on the EZ Streets. If the LP's can still operate normally and do not show any signs of leaking, then id get em. I just picked up a 99 LS400 with the Megan LP's and i have to say im quite impressed with how it rides...especially for a company like Megan which i pretty much lost interest in. I was nervous thinking that the LP's would ruin the luxurious ride these cars are known for but so far ive been proven wrong. I've only had the car for about a week though so my experience is limited. I've had experience with EZ Streets on my Honda S2000 and i wasn't impressed whatsoever. The ride was harsh and the coils didn't last too long before starting to feel sloppy. I think they lasted about 30k...
