Hey people I have a question. ..
So my grandma has a ls400 and only the driver window works.i know the window motors are most likely done. It's a 94. What my question is if I go somewhere like pick and pull. How do you know if the window motor assembly I'm getting is good or not.

You can't really know until you test it but I'm sure you can return it if it's non functional.

You should be able to apply battery voltage to the motor to check operation.
