Default Shifting to O/D at 20MPH

My car has suddenly started shifting through all the gears too quickly. It also will not automatically shift down when trying to accelerate. I can shift manually through all the gears. Anybody had this issue come up before?

I found one vacuum leak and that didn't help.

1992 LS400 about 300k miles

First thing that came to mind was a bad tps...but start with checking transmission fluid level and condition next check for any engine and transmission codes. From there is could be a bad speed sensor or shift solenoids but find out if you have any codes and let us know.

first thing in my mind is bad ECU caps, but yes check fluid levels.
