Yup, they go right on...not sure what the offsets are. Ride quality obviously won't be the same due to it being a heavier, wider wheel on low profile tires...you tend to feel bumps in the road a little more, but it still maintains the Lexus quality ride and adds more traction and better handling IMO.

93/94 LS400 offset is 50mm.
5mm (per side) difference doesn't seem a lot. But I think an alignment is a must.
