Drivers door lock problem, 1994 LS400

Drivers door lock problem, 1994 LS400
Now had my LS400 for a month and what a great car!
I have searched this forum and Google, but haven't found a problem the exact same as mine.
But I have had a problem that has come up 3 times now.
After the car has been locked (with the key or with the remote), when I next go to unlock, the lock feels tight with the key.
All the doors unlock except for the drivers door. (It is also the same if I use the remote)
From inside I can open the drivers door okay.
With the door closed and from inside I have tried locking and unlocking with the door switch and everything accept the drivers door works okay. The door lock button on the drivers door seems to be stuck in the lock position.
After a few attempts, everything starts working again as normal.
Does anyone have an idea what I should be looking at to fix this.
