You need to search the forums... plenty of threads on these topics...

On mine I had an exhaust leak at the Y just after the cats... a big one... had to replace the Y...
Replaced the 02 sensor while I was down there...
Reset the code and it's been fine ever since....

As LScowboy will tell you... the cats on the cars should really last...

And more info... miles on the car, anything you did prior to these coming on? Do you hear an exhaust leak or rattle?

Its a 95.
I have just done the Valve cover gasket,timing belt and water pump, all tensioners and belts.
