Brake Fluid Flush for 1st Gen LS400 (with ABS) - Who to Call?
I read in one of the old threads on here that someone paid $25 to get the brake fluid flushed (they provided the fluids to the shop). They took it in to a shop so they didn't have to worry about getting air in ABS etc. during a DIY. Does anyone know a reputable shop in Los Angeles that could reliably do the flush on a 1st gen LS for a reasonable price? My car also has ABS. I called a dealership (I know, I know) and they quoted around $150. I priced out 2 quarts of brake fluid (DOT 3) today and that only costs around $25.

Or you can DIY, you'll just need someone to depress the brake pedal while you open-close the bleeder valve.
