Steering column cover removal
This is for a 1999 LS. I tried to remove my steering column cover just to see if any of the gears need some fresh lube but I'm had a hard time removing it. I saw one screw on the bottom (removed that) and pulled the cover down but it would not budge. Are there any other screws that I'm not seeing? What the trick to getting this off? Thanks.
Tried searching the forum but I cant find anything specific for the 1999 model. The first generation looks different.

There are two screws behind the steering wheel. You will need to turn the wheel to the left and then to the right in order to access them. You'll see them, once you turn the wheel.

there are a total of 3 screws in order to take off the cover. two are hidden. like the above said, you gotta turn the steering wheel halfway to the left and halfway to the right in order to get access to them. the other screw should be on the bottom of the steering wheel cover. it pops right off with little force.
