AFTERMARKET STEREO questions HELP!
First, I’d like to congratulate everyone and say Happy 4th!!!
I have 2000 LS400 and would like to change my head unit to something aftermarket like Pioneer DEH-6400BT. I need to be able to plug in either my iPhone or Android device, memory card in to a USB and use bluetooth for phone calls.
Question #1 – Will I lose my subwoofer? ( I don’t want to change speakers, or any other components).
Question #2 – What is the cleanest looking and not too expensive In-Dash Stereo Kit for my car?
Thanks all!

cheap wiring harness= need custom work and no subwoofer
more expensive wiring harness (Beatsonic)= plug and play and keep subwoofer.
BEST matching dash kit is Beatsonic's, but it isnt cheap. Metra makes one but it's a nasty ABS plastic that doesnt match at all, but is cheap.

I assume that means a 2k LS400 has a different stereo than a 96 LS400. If they're similar, you can keep your speakers including subwoofer by following thebeeguy's instructions in the following thread...
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...995-ls400.html
I connected the pre-outs from a Kenwood head unit to the pre-ins on my stock Pioneer amp. Everything works, subwoofer and all. If you have a Nak, it evidently won't work though.
If you have the Pioneer, pin 12 on RC3 on the referenced diagram is the antenna connection.
