Helps to know what year car you have. It's called an intake air connector pipe. The part number is 1787550121 for a 1995-1997.

if you go to any auto parts store and purchase a "cool air intake", this is generally a performance version of the part your looking for. It will be easier, cheaper to locate than an OEM part. A cool air intake will not really make any difference to the reliability, drive ability, performance or value of the vehicle. Might even make gas mileage and maintenance costs just a little better, but not enough to count.
