92 ls400 w/ 236,xxx miles. I am going to have the rear struts replaced but I wanted to know if the new struts will come with the same sleeve or dust cover that is on my old struts. If not, where would I be able to get replacements?

Probably not, if the old ones were like mine they rotted and I was left with a pile of rubber rings.
They are listed as a seperate part from Lexus (48257-50010 Insulator Rear Coil Spring Upper) at around $30.00 each if you want to get some to fit at the same time.

If you are going to use KYB will have to buy oem. KYB does not make sleeves for the early LS models. I emailed them awhile back after i saw none for sale.
