Default ls400 acceleration issue

Ok I'm new, ya, I know.
year: 1994
Make: Ls400(obviously because I posted in this section.)
266kish miles.
Where the issue began:
I got the car from my brother who, like an idiot, was I guess cleaning the plastic moldings with armour all . In turn the spark plugs were fouled and it has like no power. He also changed the leaky radiator which is why I drained the transmission and added new tranny fluid. (no I didn't use dex/mer. I'm not an idiot, I got spec fluid.)

The Problem:
No low end power and running rich.

The new:
8 Bosch Platnum +4 spark plugs
STP air filter
K&N Oil filter(havent changed oil yet because haven't checked compression)
(forgot brand) synthetic 5W-30 5-qt
Tranny fluid + lucas(1 bottle)

I tested the maf and got .7k resistance @ 78F which according to this:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...ml?ref=esp-img
Means it's not up to spec.

What I am wondering is if: It's possible to clean the possibly dirty MAF(which didn't look dirty) and get a normal resistance test? Would a non-working/dirty o2 sensor be causing it to run rich?
Does anyone know what the compression numbers should look like?
I will be going up to advance auto to have the codes pulled or test them myself if I can find or are pointed to an appropriate page.
Thank you for looking
-Drew

did you check all the new plugs for spark? sounds like an ign issue...if the cap/wires/rotors are good, check the ignitors/coils.

if they failed it's usually due to something killing them....dead cats (especially if BOTH die at the same time) are usually symptoms, not a diagnosis.
