I just purchased a 1993 LS400 yesterday and there is an issue with the fuel gauge. It doesn't work at all, the needle is all the way down below empty. However, the orange 'reserve' light does come on. Will this be a problem with the instrument cluster or something esle?

Another question I have is, is it normal for the interior lights to only come on based on what doors are open? Basically what is a interior light will only light up when I open the door next to it, I want them to all come on when one door is opened. Possible?
