This might be a real stupid question/observation, but I noticed something black (rubber?) around the headlights and in between each piece (3 pieces total, right?)
For the cheapskates like me this is what I did on my '92. Took off the glass orange cover off the fog lights. whenever I have my lights on low lights I have the fog lights on also. Perfectly adds light to the areas the low lights leave darkened.
