Lost Electrical power
Help! I lost power to the gauges, ac controls, interior lights, tail lights, turn sig, brake lights, windows, door locks, mirrors, steering wheel motor. The only place getting current is headlights, dome light, horn, hazard lights.
The only thing I did was move the alternator out of the way to get to the acv on the steering pump. I didn't disconnect the battery which now I learned my lesson. But I think I shorted something out.
Can someone please tell me where should I start. I'm having withdrawls and want my car back.

Um, which ones? Do you think all of them are blown? Which fuse or fuses should I check? I don't think one fuse handles all of these features. Can it be a relay? Which relay or relays should I check and how do I check it? I know it could be a fuse. I'm asking where and what fuse? Thanks for you help Az.

I found the fuse. It's one of the white fuse under the hood with the sight glass on top. How the hell do you take those out. Do I need to remove that whole block of fuses.
