check your battery connections and alternator as well.

I have the same problem, but I had just one side mess up on me, I changed bulb to the other side and it still did the same so I figured it wasnt the ballast.. so im guessing its the bulb.. any sugg..??? Oh and does aftermarket HID bulbs work with our stock ballast??
