my 1991 lexus ls 400 the entire window and sunroof circuit is off cant roll down windows or open the sun roof checked the fuses and relays nothing has fixed the problem. any suggestions?

By any chance, test the actual control switches?
Two of my passenger windows stopped working and after testing everything else, the switch just wasnt making contact anymore.

If anything, take it to a local window shop that can check it out (Im sure most dont charge)

you know i just removed the main window and door lock control on the drivers side and it seems that the metal...I dont know what they are called, but if you open it up there are flat metal bars running from each switch... well one of them was black and burnt while the others looked fine. could this be the problem? and if so how would it effect the sunroof?

Well, just from the preliminary information noted, there's a possible of a short somewhere in the switch or switches. Try to see if you can find a replacement switch unit to test it, and confirm or rule out this solution.

PS: if its that urgent, just take it to a window repair shop to diagnose properly....

You can have good fuses and relays and switches and a blown fusible link. That sort of Death Of Whole System seems to suggest an upstream failure like a fusible link.
