I think this LS looks great. And one of the reason is its rear wheels are totally flush with its quarter panels. To do that, do those quarter panel need to be trim all the way? And don't the front wheels hit the fenders while the car is turning?

Yes, that is a nice kit and it's INEXPENSIVE to boot! Just over $1200...for a REAL JDM kit from a very well respected manufacturer....and paint and install should be minimal (which translate to inexpensive) since it's a add-on kit.
Once painted, you can even install it yourself (if you're somewhat mechanically inclined...)

hello, eric!
i was thinking this is about the time i should contact with Hiro from that lexusparts.com guy or someone i can trust and import JDM and talk about what i can do with my money and how he can help me.....
i am thinking
1) lowering suspension.... ( shock + springs ) from japan or eibach + koni (if they have any)
2) maybe a custom carbon fiber hood.... ( i need to know where to get it....??? and how much it will cost me...?? )
3) rear half clear and half red tail lights. ( $300 - $400 ??? )
4) 18' rims + tires... ( maybe....too expensive )
5) add-on kits... wald EX sounds good.....
ps> did you already ordered your kit? how much did you pay?
thanks, Eric. hope to see your tight ride again later.

How do you guys think this would look on a 93 LS stock suspension and 18" or 19" rims? Also, my car is dual tone jade black/grey bottom so this kit would need to be painted grey right?
Thanks
Thanks

manaray where can you get that kit for just over $1200, I check with the local car modification shop, they can get it for over $3000.00 (7 pcs) all together (not painted).

pongydoo : It's only a 3 piece kit (F/S/R). $1200 is the JDM retail price. There are MANY variables in terms of "final" price to your door...like shipping, US$ to JPY rate, etc...
Also, most local car mod shops usually buy kits from the importer (who adds their profit margin) and then the shop adds their profit margin...so their prices are typically high...getting is straight from an import is the less expensive way to go usually (unless the shop gets a killer deal from a importer and the shop isn't greedy...)
Sweetsound - Personally, I don't think ANY body kit looks good w/o lowering. 18's would be too small on the LS400...19" would be better but 20's are the way to go on the LS...the LS is a VERY LARGE car...front quarter photos are VERY deceptive in terms of wheel size...you have to look at the car from the SIDE.
Also, some wheels will look bigger in smaller sizes due to the design of the wheel (like 1-piece wheels where the spokes go to the edge of the lip....)
As for the painting, you would probably want to pay it the same color as the bottom...but you could go with dayglow pink if it tickles your fancy....
