Default cats repair update

My cats, all three, were done to my satisfaction. BUT after 30 or 45 minutes of the cat job being done my car began to cut off on me. My car started up fine each time, but it kept hesitating alot. It kept going and hesitating then cutting off for about 10 to 15 min. Then it ran like a champ. I thought it might be bad gas. It felt like it had bad gas (fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pressure.....don't know). Lexus want me to bring the car back to check my fuel pressure again (they diag me to find my cat problem the day before) since it didn't show too well when lexus tested it. Lexus told me to go get the cats done, since it would be hard to detect a problem with the cats being bad. But any how lexus thinks my fuel pressure could be a problem. Hopefully this is true and nothing else, because the cat job wasn't cheap. Does this seem true to anyone?

For me it sounds like your fuel pump going bad. A clogged fuel filter will not give you that kind of problem you are describing, it will just make your car loose horsepower but should not make your car hesitating and cutting of. But a clogged fuel filter could make other fuel pressure problem you are having even more notable so I would recommend that you change your fuel filter.
