Talking New owner of Lexus LS 400 Car is 18yrs old

Well to start out I have been in the car business for awhile and find the Lexus products to be insanely nice. I have a couple questions 1. My low coolant light is on but my coolant is properly full and no overheating is happening, even in 95 plus degree weather. So how do turn off this light besides replacing the sensor?
2. My low oil light is coming on and turning off intermittently, the oil is new and full and the car is not making lifter noise either. So what gives? The car has 211000 miles on it, and that doesn't scare me one bit with all the meticulously maintained vehicle records. It looks and drives better than a lot of newer cars I have driven. I have done the engine rev with a glass of water setting on the engine, and yes it stays as still as can be. That my friends is very impressive. I look forward to any helpful insight.

You may have some air bubbles in your coolant.
Does the oil light come on in hard cornering? Dumb question but did you check the oil level anyway after the engine is warm?
