Will 1990 LS Air Strut Work In A 1993 LS?
Driver's side front and rear air shocks are leaking. Does anyone know for sure if air shocks from a 1990 LS would be interchangeable?
Thank you
Thank you

Yes 93 will go straight in , you can even fit UCF21 struts , until they went to a single motor drive on top sometime in 96 , just with the UCF21 you have to do some adaption with the air fitting .

The shock lengths fully compressed are only 5 mm different , I have fitted two sets of UCF21 rear struts into 90 model Celsiors and two sets of fronts and one right front strut into 90 model Celsiors , they went straight in with an air line mod and are a huge improvement over the 17 year old originals .
One lot of fronts have been in about 6 mths with no probs and at a cost of approx $250.00 per corner they are a cost effective solution seeing as they are 4 to 5 years younger .
Here in Aus genuine air struts are $800.00 each so struts for $250 that will go 5 years plus is a good option , taking in mind that a lot of people just don't have $800.00 to spend per corner .
Have to be careful though , the late 96 and on struts changed to a single drive on the top of the shock and although they will bolt in I don't know how one would wire them in .
I actually have two brand new 98 UCF21 shocks which I can't use .
