how to replace parking light bulb on 1st gen?
I've recently purchased a pair of PIAA extreme whites for my headlights, they do look so much whiter at night. the satisfying result makes me want to change the parking light bulb (the pair right besides the headlights, at least that's what the manual says) and the fog lights with PIAA. I swear I've searched the site and can't find any instruction of how to replace the parking light bulbs, I've checked lexls.com as well. can anyone shed some light to me, please?

There are no pictures there.. I dont know why, probably cause the host server went down or the owner removed the pictures.
Maybe you can find what bolts they are talking about!!
good luck!!

parking light bulb is reallyeasy to change. Open the hood and look on top of the headlight assembly. You will see a screw closest to the fenders which is kinda sunken into the bracket, take that screw out. Take a flat head screw driver and insert between the headlight itself and the parking light. Carefully pry outward toward the fenders. It will seem a little hard at first but they will just pop out. Then just twist the bulb out and replace. Installation is the reverse as removal.

actually they are quite costly (not as costly as legit HIDs though), I got them off of tirerack, headlights are $63 a pair + shipping, so is H3 fog lights (I'm trying to modify it to fit H3C slot following lexls.com's tutorial), the parking light bulbs are only $13. a regular pair of halogen bulbs only cost $20, silverstars are cheaper, but I don't know how they look in person.
