Default Leak, or not to Leak ?

95 LS 174,000

I have done crazy search on this topic already, but I’ll like to get some personal advice from fellow members.

Recently had a severe leak coming from the Oil Pan. Removed it, sealed it, no more leak. Now, I really do not know if the PS Pump is leaking or not. Last month I cleaned the Solenoid, flushes the PS Pump, but I had the Oil Pan leak. Since fixing the Oil Pan leak, I have put under the car clean paper to see if the PS Pump is leaking. It is clean every morning. However, around the PS Pump, is full of dirty fluids and is all black. How can I make sure the PS is not leaking? Do I need to remove the pump, inspected and at the same time check the alternator?

I have looked at OEM PS Valves and PS Pumps on EBay and AutoZone. But before I take it there, what are my options? What the best way to check if the Pump is leaking.
