Can someone please post the procedure to get ECU codes. I would like to diagnose my trac off/cel light problem myself--I am sure it is just a sensor since i can reset the ecu and it goes away for 400 miles or so. I would appreciate this very much. And this will be a 2-part question once i get the code I will need you to look it up for me.

No problem Mark, I got the 93 Manual even though I have a 92. I have been using the manual lately and have been successful with a couple of electrical problems. This trac thing looks a little more complicated, but give me a code and I think we can solve this. I too agree it is a sensor. I think your friend WW probably escaped from the nursing home and needs to go back.

I need to get the code first thogh---is there an easy way to do this that i can do with say a multi-meter---or do I need to at least go to the dealer to get a code read out for me?
