Default check vsc HELP

i was driving my car today and "headlight leveling" came on...then the check vsc light came on and my car died out. i tried starting the car up again a few times and it cranked but didnt start. then i stepped on the gas and turned the ignition and it started up. this happend 3 times in the past week. anyone know whats wrong?

dead battery/get alternator tested as well.

Well the symptom of pressing the gas while turning the igniton is weird. When you got it started did it stay running or did it die out?

Sounds like an alternator that is slowly dying to me as well. Especially since you have the random array of lights coming on.

+1. Autozone will check them for free. Could very well be the cables too.
