Default Instrument Cluster Removal???

Hi. I am new to Lexus and I am having the same trouble with my instrument panel not coming on until the car temperature is warmer. I would like to know if there are directions I can get that would help me find how to remove the cluster. Any help would very much be appreciated. Thanks everyone.
