Default Installing new engine + trans mounts

was wondering who done this and would do you recommend in me changing while im in there?
was thinking:
egr pipe
rear main oil seal? <---do these have this?

anything else?
exhaust manifold gasket?

....BEST places/prices for the mounts? anybody?....

Damn dude...you're lookin at a HELL of a bill...

Changing the mounts only takes like 1 hr each side...not EVEN that long, that's just the book time.

Changing the rear main seal actually involves removing the transmission, same with EGR pipe..If I'm not mistaking.

The mounts are easy, you just need a hoist to lift the engine/tranny and you remove the few bolts holding the old mounts..put in the new...wha-lah

Yeah got a good mechanic friend. I needed the EGR pipe done so I asked him if he would do all that while he was in there and he was more than willing to do so.

how much total hours you think you will need to complete the EGR pipe job with some extras? book time?

what else to change guys?

Not sure what model you have, but on my non-California emissions, 94 LS400

It is possible to replace the egr pipe without moving the tranny. There exist a write up here somewhere.

Motor & Tranny mount swaps are easy when you have tools to access them.

1990 non-california emissions, so i think the same as yours...
That will be so much more better without removing the tranny...
