Default Tire size questions

OK guys does anyone know if I could run a 245/45/r18 or 235/50/r18 in the front of my gen1 LS. Or how about a 225/50/18 ? (if it is even made)

245/45 18 is a good size, as it is close to the stock diameter, same with the 235/50

225/50 would be a little odd, as you really won't find any PROPERLY fitting wheels skinnier than 8"
