Airbag wiring Gen 1
Can anyone confirm whether the wiring harness plug (white) on the Gen 1 steering wheel powers the cruise control and horn?
Upon close inspection, I can see a white "roll" of plastic strip that has contacts inside it. This roll is wound around the back of the airbag connector and I think plugs into a power source behind the steering column shround.
Any ideas?

Thanks GRAND_LS4
Thanks for the info.
All I really wanted to know was where the spiral cable connects to.
The spiral cable is wound in a spiral behind the airbag itself.
There seems to be a plug that connects to the spiral cable. This connector seems to power the airbag, cruise control and horn.
Is my observation correct and does the spiral cable slot into a spot or is it soldered?
