Please Help!!
I stripped the bolts that anchor the throttle cables for the tranny and gas pedal. What can I do????
Can someone give me some advice besides buying a new intake manifold. I tried extracting the bolts but no luck.

You won't have to buy an intake manifold. Alden makes a line of products to remove damaged screws/bolts. Most involve a power driver, a bit that grabs the old screw/bolt and backs them out.
Once out, depending on the damage, you can use a die and see if it will catch the old bolt and clean up the threads. In addition, a tap run through the old hole. Failing that, a HeliCoil insert in the appropriate threading. This will require drilling the old hole to the size for the insert, tapping, and threading the insert in along with a thread locking agent. (LocTite etc.) These inserts are available in popular threads inch and metric.
The screw removal products can be found at better hardware stores. If not, you'll have to find a supply house that provides equipment/tools to the machine shops. Airgas-Rutland Tool, Travers, McMaster Carr...
Cost for the removal products is about $10-$40 for the small to medium sizes. Inserts are about $35 for a package of 10.
