Rotora Big brake Kit avaliable for 1st gen LS
Thanks to Rotora we now have an option for a 4 or 6-caliper brake setup for our cars. I have just installed mine and they stop my car so well that it made me a little sick! I could not test them out completely yet since the rotors and pads need 200mile brake in time. but here is the thread with pictures. Enjoy:

NICE ! I wish they tested them on my car hahhaa.
Those look great and I'm sure they work much much better than the stock rotors. However, big brakes mean big bucks....have they told you how much for the whole setup? I'm thinking those would set you back around 1000-3000 bucks.

$2795.00 list price but Steve Gantz listed them for $2515.00. A lot, but the brake upgrade is necessary for aftermarket rims. I think 4-piston is a lot cheaper though.

It's a lot, but I'm just happy that this product is available (or will soon be available) for our cars.
I agree, it's necessary if you have big rims. Did you see that Monster Garage with the Escalade tail gater? Jesse James said something about how it's laughable if you see a car with 20's and stock brakes. I can't remember exactly, but you get the idea...big rims, big brakes. If you're going to spend 4k+ on rims then what's an extra 2.5k for the proper brakes .
