Just purchased a used 2007 LS460. When driving on the highway, the AFS off light flashes, along with VSC and ABS indicators. This only happens around 75 mph or higher. I have taken to a dealership and they said they solved the issued but it has reoccured. Before I spend more money and time at the dealership, I wanted to see if others have had this issue. My battery is only a year old.

I do need to replace the rear driver side shock, as it is leaking. Not sure if this may cause the other issues with sensors.

shocks should not have anything to do with the sensor. Buy a carista app and get scan for error codes and go from there.

I find it interesting that your driver's side rear shock is leaking. That's the same shock that's leaking n my car. I've sourced a complete set of 4 shocks on Amazon for under 200 dollars. That leaking shock has nothing to do with your issues, however.
