Will the 2016 Lexus RX350 OEM Wheels with 235/65R18 tires fit an '07 LS?

No, the LS uses a different bolt pattern.

There are plenty of 19 and 20inch wheels on the market that will fit and may even be cheaper than the deal you were working on. Try Tirerack and Ebay and maybe even here. Be patient with your search and good things can happen.
