Default 90,000 Service What Else?

My extremely reasonable Indy is going to do my 90 K service. Car is at 87,500
what else should be looked at or done preventively or improvement wise?
Thank you

Spark Plugs
Transmission flush (yes I know, US Lexus says it's "lifetime", but EVERY other market says otherwise)
Differential Fluid change
Air filters (cabin and both intakes)

That's a start. Others will chime in.

If you have no record of these being done here is the list.

Brake fluid flush
air and cabin filters
rear diff fluid
complete transmission fluid flush and filter
water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt if residue at the weep hole
5-30 synthetic oil and filter
Plugs are good till 120k
Dump a bottle of Techron in the gas tank for good measure

Again....depends on who you believe. My manual specifically states "replace Iridium Spark plugs at 96k kms". 96k kms is about 55k m miles. Here's the link to Lexus Canada: http://consumer.xtime.com/menuportal...&inframe=false

Pretty amazing at the differences in recommended service intervals between two "north american" models.

I'm curious why there is a difference to begin with?

Different parts or builds or possibly different requirements or environmental factors figured in? Seems really strange. Anyone know? Aside from some safety or other oddball environmental requirements between the two markets, I always assumed they were fairly similar.

Also, I remember reading a while ago here about people checking their plugs for fouling and oil buildup in relationship to valve guides. No idea why that just popped into my head, but someone had a similar question a long time ago I think.

My plugs looked perfect at 85k. Going to 120k would be no problem at all. No big deal anyway, changing the plugs in this car is easy enough no matter when you decide to do it. I remember when I changed the timing belt in my LS400 at 100k. It looked bran new. My Lexus mechanic friend said they wont break till after 200k if then. The early LS400's were non interference engines anyway so you really never had to change the timing belt at all. Even the trans fluid will probably go to 200k. Im not willing to try that though.

Maintenance schedule for my LS also says to replace spark plugs at 60k. Maybe it's because we're up North that they decide to suggest earlier replacement due to potential harsher climate? If someone with an LS that was purchased down South and has it serviced there wants to chime in with what their maintenance schedule says.

To the OP, this is what my scheduled 90k service says/includes:
90,000 Mile Factory Recommended Service
Replace engine oil and oil filter
Rotate tires and adjust tire pressures as required
Replace brake fluid
Replace cabin air filter
Replace engine air filter
Measure brake pad thickness and rotor runout
Reset maintenance reminder light
Road test vehicle
Inspect axle shaft boots
Inspect ball joints and dust covers
Inspect body
Inspect brake lines and hoses
Inspect drive belt(s)
Inspect engine coolant
Inspect exhaust pipes and mounting
Inspect fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses.
Inspect fuel tank cap gasket
Inspect rack and pinion steering assembly
Inspect rear differential oil
Inspect steering linkage and boots
Inspect transmission for signs of leakage
Visually inspect brake pads and rotors
I know someone earlier said to do a coolant flush, my schedule doesn't recommend a coolant flush until 100k but it wouldn't hut to do it earlier.

Exactly. BUT this is the thing, I live an hour North of Seattle. Same weather (no snow), no cold temps, very mild. However, as I'm in Canada - I get boned? LOL. "Great White North"? Hardly. At least in my parts.
