Spark Plugs
Transmission flush (yes I know, US Lexus says it's "lifetime", but EVERY other market says otherwise)
Differential Fluid change
Air filters (cabin and both intakes)
That's a start. Others will chime in.

Pretty amazing at the differences in recommended service intervals between two "north american" models.
I'm curious why there is a difference to begin with?
Different parts or builds or possibly different requirements or environmental factors figured in? Seems really strange. Anyone know? Aside from some safety or other oddball environmental requirements between the two markets, I always assumed they were fairly similar.
Also, I remember reading a while ago here about people checking their plugs for fouling and oil buildup in relationship to valve guides. No idea why that just popped into my head, but someone had a similar question a long time ago I think.

My plugs looked perfect at 85k. Going to 120k would be no problem at all. No big deal anyway, changing the plugs in this car is easy enough no matter when you decide to do it. I remember when I changed the timing belt in my LS400 at 100k. It looked bran new. My Lexus mechanic friend said they wont break till after 200k if then. The early LS400's were non interference engines anyway so you really never had to change the timing belt at all. Even the trans fluid will probably go to 200k. Im not willing to try that though.

Again....depends on who you believe. My manual specifically states "replace Iridium Spark plugs at 96k kms". 96k kms is about 55k m miles. Here's the link to Lexus Canada: http://consumer.xtime.com/menuportal...&inframe=false

Maybe it's because we're up North that they decide to suggest earlier replacement
