Im curious as well...what led you to Cadillac?
Also, its almost eerie how well these cars age.. The car looks practically brand new on the interior as well as the exterior.
Good luck with the XTS!

They showed $15,500 trade on paper. They started at 11, went to 13 before I left and called me the next day and said they would give me 15.5. I was looking for a 2010 LS460 but the price was a little out of reach and the safety technology I wanted wasn't on the 2010LS. The XTS is no LS as we all know but it is a very nice luxury car. People like the style. I personally really like the lane departure warning, the front collision warning, , the blind spot warning and the backup camera warning system is impressive too. These are in the optional safety package. My girlfriend noticed is she says I can hear her better in the XTS. I wondered if it is because she is sitting closer to be being a smaller car, although it is quiet. I bought the car on Dec 31. The previous owner lives in my town and I stopped by as I had his name and info in the warranty booklet. He even gave be the factory touch up. The Honda dealer showed him $30,000 on paper in trade. I bought it for $26,500 which was about trade in value on KBB. Half the price of it new with only 19,000 mlles. Still 2 years and 30,000 miles on new car warranty. Caddy dealers are selling these cars for over 30K. I think the Honda dealer wrote it down and wanted it gone. I was there at the right time. I didn't find the brake hold feature that I loved on the LS for a few days. Only difference is I have to flip a dash switch every time I want to use it but glad its there. I do enjoy filling up with regular gas. I was hoping to do a better comparison and may do one in the future. Although everything worked on my LS with 115,000 miles (Lexus replaced the upper and lower control arms at 99K) I wanted a newer car. So I swapped a 115,000 Super Luxury car for a 19,000 Luxury car with 2 years of warranty. Peace of mind.

Sat in the XTS again today at the car show, I've driven them before. They're okay...wouldn't be my choice but glad you like it.

Nothing wrong with a Caddie. A good friend of mine just pulled the trigger on a 2014 CTS loaded to the gills. Traded his Chrysler. He seems pleased and he wasn't willing to put up the money for an LS (which he considered briefly).
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
