Exclamation ls600hl barely blowing air (vid inside)... ideas ?

I noticed lately that my ls is barely blowing air through the vent. I can hear the climate operating but there is barely any air coming out. Tried to replace the air filter to no avail... Car in the vid run on electric mode but when I'm driving it's the same thing. anyone had similar problem i their ls ? Any insight would be much appreciated.

Ok some questions to make sure it's nothing simple.

1. All vent rotary dials in open position right? Appeared to be open from what I could tell.

2. Is air blowing on defogger windshield vent or side vents? Anything from vents on back of front armrest.? Or other rear vents on lower B pillars and roof liner?

3. Any issues with cabin filter? Clogged or broken door? I think you eluded to not being able to change the filter in glove box. That is most likely the issue. To change filter it has to be in Recirculation mode.

4. Does it do the same thing in AUTO vs non Auto mode?

5. Just started all of a sudden? Sent from my iPhone using IB AutoGroup

I did some additional testing and air is blowing great on foot. Problem is that is still blowing massive air on foot no matter what mode I put the climate control in. It's like it don't change mode and only stay on the down position (to warm the feet) Gonna check some fuse now...

My question now would be why did the fuse fail? Possibly a dirty filter or something else? Fuses usually blow for a reason....

I had to change a depleted 12v battery lately. The car would start but sometime in the process the dashboard would light like a Christmas tree, beeping and radio light flashing. I tapped into several fuses with a device like this http://i1270.photobucket.com/albums/...82/781-2-1.jpg but that fuse wasn't one of them. Happened once to one of my 12v outlet...
