Does CPO cover paint?
My LS460 had the front bumper painted my the dealer. The paint was done according to the service history after the dealer certified the car but before I bought it. The front of the car now has a lot of stone chip damage. I'm sure it is because of the non-factory paint job. Think I have a claim?

FWIW, even if this paint is less resistant to chipping than the factory paint (which I don't know to be the case), the factory paint doesn't hold up that great either, IMO. Perhaps you can show us the damage?

Paint chips is typical for any vehicle. CPO don't cover paint chips or other paint imperfections. I got some touch-up paint at the local parts store and it works well.

If the paint was peeling you would have a case, but stone chips happen to all bumpers.
I guess you can always ask and maybe they will make some accommodation. It couldn't hurt, even if they just give you a free tube of touch up paint, it ain't cheap.
