I need information regarding this OEM Lexus wheel for the Lexus LS (XF40)




What size are these? 19 inches?

Other questions:
-Who's the official tire manufacturer? What model name?
-Tire dimensions?
-Does Lexus still make the aforementioned wheel design?
-Where can I find NEW stock of those wheels (absolutely no used, pre-owned, etc.)

I ask this because it's either that or if those are out of stock/out of production, then the only other option are these:
